Death of a President
Its 2007.
I know that.

It still doesn't change the fact that its 2007 and people still haven't heard of 2006's most talked about film that you never did see, 'Death of a President'.

The premise, what would happen if someone assassinated the 43rd President of the United States of America? (for those not in the know and with their heads in their asses, its George W. Bush).

It is a faux documentary made by Gabriel Range, that of course due to its controversial subject matter was publicly condemned by the current regime and by U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton (D.-N.Y.) who said, "I think it's despicable; I've never seen a movie so horrible in my life. I think it's absolutely outrageous. I mean, sure most people don't like Bush, but this is beyond bad. It's evil. That anyone would even attempt to profit on such a horrible scenario makes me sick".

Now, you can read this synopsis or read the numerous online reviews out there; or do like I did and just watch it so you can form your own opinion.

To me, its a political thriller much akin to '24' that is somehow just so damn relevant in the world today; seriously check CNN; then lend a copy of this film to your friend.

That is, if it hasn't been banned in your area.
